Supply and install a new gas boiler. Existing boiler removed, new unit fitted, system flushed, controls updated and commissioning certificate issued.
Any additional works identified during the job must be agreed by both parties before proceeding. Neither side is committed to extras until both have confirmed in writing on the platform.
